Starting I-Chat. In order to use I-CHAT you must have a I-CHAT user account.  Please register for an I-CHAT user account if you do not have one.  Press register and enter the required information. Once you have registered. You may immediately log in and start an I-CHAT session.

Project overview.
The purpose of the project was to implement a online chat program that would be the basis of a generic help system. The system could be use to deal with any sort of problems that a customer may have. For example the system could be use to answer questions regarding a clothing line or questions regarding how to set up a particular piece of software and answer troubleshooting questions about that piece of software. The chat program was required to be platform independent, simple to set up and use.
