Extended hours for those who work into the evenings. Remote support is provided for devices, including PCs, Tablets and Mobile devices. Support provide by phone, video calls, remote control of devices or even on-site if required.

As a subscribed client, you receive ongoing tech support with dependable service—helping you stay productive, supported, and confident with your tech.

Standard Tier
At the standard tier, you’ll get first-rate core services plus optional, budget-friendly data solutions. From me handling all the details to working closely together, I’ll tailor everything to fit your style and needs.

Premier Tier

Monthly Pricing Structure
Clients are billed using a hybrid model based on the number of users and devices, offering greater flexibility than standard MSP Managed Services Provider pricing structures. The standard tier plan has a base charge of $100 plus a variable cost based on user and device counts. A minimum monthly fee of $500 applies for standard ($800 for premier), with services tailored to your specific environment. A one year commitment will receive a 5% discount.- $50 per user
- Each user within your organization includes any staff that uses any of the device assets, whether or not shared.
- $10 per platform license
- Each Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace user accounts requires a license. Not all users require a subscription to M365 or GWS. The actual license fees are not part of this pricing and is charged directly by the vendor to the client. Perpetual standalone office software will be supported and priced per installation.
- $50 per endpoint devices
- An endpoint device is defined as a computer, a tablet, or a mobile device.
- Each device is a tagged asset that you want to be included in the support plan.
- Other device pricing
- $50 for office grade large printers. Typically, anything required to be placed on the floor.
- $30 for desk printers/label printers/scanners.
- Any added device is a minimum commitment of 6 months. A replacement device is exempt from adding to the minimum commitment time.
- I also support the following technical products such as:
- POS Point Of Sale terminals, VoIP Voice Over Internet Protocol phones, Conferencing systems, NVR Network Video Recorder surveillance systems, NAS Network Attached Storage hardware, etc. can be added to supported items. Peripheral support pricing will be priced as negotiated.
- Software Licenses and hardware purchases
- Hardware and software are paid and owned by the client and charged directly by the vendor. I can facilitate the ordering and be the direct point of contact.
- Tech Son Package
- Ever wish you had a son who was a total tech wiz? That’s me. With years of experience patiently helping my tech-challenged parents (without rolling my eyes), I’m here to support you with anything from setting up a smart TV to untangling your Wi-Fi mysteries. No judgment, no jargon, just help—served with patience and a touch of humor. “Don’t click that link!”

- Example Pricing Scenarios (click to expand)
Scenario #1: Medical office

- $100 client base fee for standard tier.
- Four users = $200. The nurse is excluded. He has his own phone and does not want to be included in the support. The one doctor that is not using a computer will still be counted because has a phone he uses for work and wants support for his phone.
- Five endpoint devices = $250. The two doctors require support on their phones because they use their calendar, emails and medical apps as part of the support service. The two laptops and one reception computer are the three other devices.
- Two Microsoft 365 Business license = $20. The office is using the Microsoft ecosystem. The reception computer and one of the laptops are share between the two MOAs and they both share one M365 Business account. The doctor that uses her laptop would have her own M365 license.
- The Multi-Function Printer is $30.
Scenario #2: Real Estate Agent

Scenario: A single realtor and one assistant. The hardware assets: Two computers and one multi-function colour laser printer. One phone. No software support because the office uses their own Microsoft Office license.
- $500 client base fee for premier tier.
- Two users = $100
- Three endpoint devices = $150
- One small printer = $30
This makes a total of only $780 monthly. The client is therefore charged a $20 monthly surcharge to make the minimum of $800 for premier tier. There are other available monthly services that can be applied such as online storage or web hosting.
Additional one-time services like data work are added to the invoice. For example, the realtor needs help to take their listings from the MLS website and update their spreadsheet. I track 3 hours to complete the job and charge an additional $150 (3 hours x $50/h). Final bill for that specific month will be $950.
Even though you might be using your own software, I will support any and all programs you might need help with. Priority service will include the extended 8am-10pm on-site support and 24 hour remote support which is great for emergencies, like if you accidentally deleted all your files.😱 Give me a call and I’ll help restore them and come in person if needed which is all part of the excellent service you get.
Scenario #3: Retired tech-adverse senior
Scenario: A retired senior is digitally-illiterate and needs help a lot with their tech which is just a phone and a laptop. They never had a family member strong with technical knowledge and he would like to learn and get help. He wants to do my Tech Son package.
- $100 for standard tier
- $1000 for Tech Son package
- $100 for the two devices. One phone and one laptop
- $50 One user.
$1250 per month.
I’m always happy to help answer questions. I help set up and explain how to use the tech. Here are some examples of additional requests that would be included as part of the Tech Son service.
- Help on how to order items online for home delivery.
- Set up his phone to use tap-to-pay.
- Help with online security practices and to recognize fraud.
- Share some of his photos with family friends.
- How best to use tools like ChatGPT to better his life.
Some services may be subjected to additional costs with discretion. Examples of additional work that would be charged:
- I help with scanning photos. I process 20 rolls of film which ended up being 610 images. At $0.60 a frame, I bill an additional $366.
- I help set up smart home devices around their house that integrates, lighting, temperature, some cameras. A negotiated one time $700 charge is added to the invoice. I won’t be monitoring or maintaining their smart home devices so it does not add to the ongoing monthly charges. However. if there was an incident, I will help retrieve the video.

Contracted work
Pricing is negotiated based on project scope.
I take on projects with clear goals and achievable requirements. Here are some ways I can help:
- Streamlining processes and setting up effective data management systems.
- Creating automated scripts and hotkeys to boost workflow efficiency.
- Transforming data between formats and platforms.
- Organizing and cleaning up digital files.
- Scanning and digitizing documents or photos using high quality scanners including negative films.
- Designing and developing websites
- Pretty much anything digital—if you can imagine it, I can do it.
Here are examples of some more eccentric projects I have done:
- Setting up a mobile phone placed in a car mount to function as a dashcam with videos automatically being saved to video files on the computer to instant access.
- Setting up Google Assistant so I can send a voice command to give a treat to my dog with my Furbo.
- Created a tool to download a Hong Kong radio show, not available as a podcast to automatically create an audio file and placed directly on the phone.
Data Work and/or Training

With extensive data expertise, I offer a wide range of data needs. Work is billed hourly and is ideal for ongoing tasks or evolving requirements.
Training on any subject can be provided. I tailor the training to your office’s needs as well as provide tips to improve productivity. Here is a small list of what I can teach

Remote training are booked on an hourly rate. Onsite training require a 2-hour minimum.

Onsite Support Day
Flat rate per day: $650 (non-members), $480 (Standard), $400 (Premier).
Includes all data services and training performed during the visit. Advance scheduling is recommended and subject to availability.
Optional dog therapy at work. Complimentary for clients on plans. An additional $999 for non-members.
Data Storage options
While your organization may primarily store data onsite or in the cloud, I offer secure offsite storage in both hot and cold formats. These options can enhance your data protection strategy and may be essential if you require storage within specific geopolitical boundaries for compliance.
Options include:
- Offsite dual or triple redundant hot storage. i.e. Your data that you work on is mirrored offsite in one or more locations that aren’t housed on the cloud. This is to ensure any files are safe from accidental hardware loss or failure.
- Offsite live storage. You can place data on a separate remote network accessible volume for added storage.

- Credit card statement processor – Instantly take PDF billing statements to transfer formatted values into an Excel spreadsheet. Works with TD, RBC, AMEX and others.
- MiniMediaMirror – A tool to create a compressed mirror of your photo library so you can fit your large collection of photos on a device with minimal storage.
- Wordle Calculator – Do you need to know what words are possible based on your guesses so far? I have an Excel file that does just that! Is this cheating?
